At Drift, the mission is the product. We're not chasing engagement metrics or optimising for retention. We're building tools that return time, privacy, and autonomy to the people who use them. That alignment — between what we ship and what we believe — makes for a very different kind of workplace.

We're remote-first, asynchronous by default, and deliberate about culture. We hire slowly, trust completely, and have extraordinarily high standards for the work — and very low tolerance for politics, ego, or anything that gets in the way of building well.
